* 15% VAT is applicable on Monthly Fee

Conditions:
*Valid for both new and old customer with Valid Student ID.
*Valid student ID must be presented at the time of purchase.
* One connection per ID.
*Existing student customer can migrate with a valid Student ID.

Q. Are the packages valid for all customers?
A. No. The packages are valid only for new & existing student customers.
Q. Can anyone get more than one connection?
A. No. Students will get one connection per ID.
Q. Is there any promotional offer will be applicable with this plan?
A. No. Customer will not get any other promotional offer with this plan unless mentioned.
Q. Can I migrate to this package at any time?
A. Yes. Any existing student customer with a valid student ID card can migrate to any of these student packages.
Q. Can I later migrate to other plan from this package?
A. Yes. You can migrate to other Postpaid packages or Prepaid plans at later time.Postpaid to postpaid migration is free but Postpaid to Prepaid migration will cost Tk500.
Q. When can I send the package migration request?
A. The migration request should be sent well before starting of a new billing cycle.
Q. Can a prepaid customer migrate to this package?
A. Yes. A prepaid student customer with a valid student ID card can migrate to this package.
Q. Should I show any extra document at the time of purchase?
A. A valid student ID along with National ID (if National ID is not available then guardian's National ID is required) & a passport sized photo must be presented at the time of purchase.
Q. Can I purchase multiple devices with a student ID card?
A. No. One student ID card holder can purchase one connection.
